These terms govern the provision of house clearance, property clearance and waste collection services by 24/7 House Clearance.

Quotations & Scope of Work

Quotations are provided based on the volume, property description, and access conditions provided by the customer. Any substantial variation in the items to be cleared upon arrival will be agreed prior to commencement.

Access & Permissions

The client confirms they have the legal right or executor authority to authorise the clearance and disposal of items from the specified property.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon booking confirmation. Invoices are provided with all necessary details for estate, legal and tax accounting.
